Gene Schrickel Jr Park

Whoooooaaaaaaa!
THIS is the coolest park ever!  (Although it was replaced by an "even cooler" park a few hours later.)
This part is fun too, but it's not as fun for me.
Push me around & around & around!

Whoa, I'm getting dizzy.
Look at me, I'm surfing!
What do I do when I get up there mommy?
A ladder!
Isn't this a cool seat?
This is for little kids, but it's still cool.
I don't know what this is.
A pond!
We could have a party over there.
Let's have a picnic!
Look at all this grass I can run on.
We went on an adventure back here.
Mommy says:  Gene Schrickel Jr Park, In Arlington (4500 Park Springs Blvd) is a great place for climbing, spinning, running, fishing, and just about anything else you can imagine.  The unique playground structures leave endless possibilities for the creative climber.  The park is right next to a busy road, so keep an eye on runners, and there is no restroom (although there is a gas station right across the street), but there is a water fountain.  There is a paved trail through the park, several picnic tables, a covered pavilion you can rent, and a fishing pond.
